Privacy Policy

Kura is a platform for building, editing, publishing, and managing websites and the day-2 marketing operations around them (SEO, analytics, reviews, forms, CRM, content). The data controller for the Service is Zoodeo Design LLC, contactable at hello@digitalprospector.co.

• Account information — your name, email, and authentication identifiers (via our identity provider), and your Kura account and workspace settings.
• Site and content data — the websites, pages, content, media, forms, and related configuration you create or import and manage in Kura.
• Connected-service data — data we access on your behalf from third-party services you explicitly connect, including Google (see Section 3).
• Usage and device data — standard logs (IP address, browser/device type, timestamps, actions) used to operate, secure, and improve the Service.

When you choose to connect a Google account, Kura requests only the scopes needed for the features you use. We access the following Google user data, strictly to provide features you initiate:

You can connect or disconnect Google at any time, and you can revoke Kura’s access from your Google Account permissions page.

Kura’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically:

• We use Google user data only to provide and improve the user-facing features described in Section 3.
• We do not transfer or sell Google user data to third parties, except as necessary to provide or improve those features, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with appropriate safeguards.
• We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not allow humans to read it except (a) with your explicit consent, (b) for security, abuse, or legal-compliance purposes, (c) where the data is aggregated and anonymized for internal operations, or (d) as required by law.

We use information to: operate, maintain, and secure the Service; provide the features you enable (including the Google-connected features above); communicate with you about your account; detect and prevent abuse and fraud; comply with legal obligations; and improve the Service. We do not sell your personal information.

OAuth refresh and access tokens for connected services are encrypted at rest. We restrict access to production data, use reputable cloud infrastructure providers, and apply administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the data.

We share data with service providers that help us run the Service (for example, cloud hosting, database, authentication, email delivery, and AI providers), each bound by contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations and permitted to use the data only to provide services to us. We may disclose information to comply with law or to protect rights and safety.

We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, then delete or anonymize it within a reasonable period, unless a longer retention is required by law. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing hello@digitalprospector.co. Disconnecting a Google account removes Kura’s stored tokens for that connection.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact hello@digitalprospector.co. You may also revoke Google access at your Google Account permissions at any time.

We may process and store information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy here and revise the “Last updated” date; material changes will be communicated as required by law.
