Terms of Service

Kura is a platform for building, editing, publishing, and managing websites and the marketing operations around them — including design, a visual editor, publishing to WordPress or Kura-hosted sites, SEO, analytics, reviews, forms, CRM, and content. Features and availability may change over time.

• You must provide accurate account information and are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must be of legal age to form a binding contract and not barred from using the Service under applicable law.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any law or the rights of others, including intellectual-property and privacy rights;
• Upload or distribute malware, spam, or unlawful, infringing, or harmful content;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or connected systems;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

You retain all rights to the websites, content, media, and data you create or import (“Your Content”). Every Kura project ships with its own source repository and exportable code — you own your code and may take it with you. You grant Kura a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, transmit, and display Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you.

The Service lets you connect third-party services (for example, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Business Profile, WordPress hosting, and others). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies. By connecting an account, you authorize Kura to access and act on that service on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy, and only to provide the features you enable. You may disconnect at any time.

The Service may offer free and paid plans. Paid features, billing terms, and any usage limits will be disclosed at the point of purchase. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kura and Zoodeo Design LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zoodeo Design LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of Your Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. On termination, you may export Your Content as described in the Service, and the licenses you granted us end except as needed to comply with law or complete the termination.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms here and revise the “Last updated” date; material changes will be communicated as required by law. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Zoodeo Design LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for disputes will be the state or federal courts located there, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
